Soho.
Legs felt happier running, but looking at the results, so did everyone else's.
More "sights" today - you were definitely in London :)

Fab planning, loads of route choice. Fun :)

Short race in Crystal Palace Park. Felt harder than it should have done, and I missed out no 13 (unintentionally).

No technical training this week, but went for a run with Alfie (kicked him into the terrain as much as possible to slow him down), Neil & Mary.
Sticky & humid out but felt OK.
Kept it short to be back before dark.
