Hannys back - I get to run on Thursdays again!!!
My fault we were just too late for the main group, so ran with Mark from Chase Road Corner, out past the German Cemetary, towards Whitehouse, on towards Rifle Ranges, along the small paths to the trig point, down to Stodges favourite hill. down to Sherbrook then a slog up the other side that I struggled up. So much for being in fit shape for France!!

Control hanging on Hednesford Hills. The map is soooo in need of an update!!! And it was hot, hot, hot. Possibility if 10 degrees hotter in Chambery is not a pleasant thought (for orienteering, anyway!).
