Body 1:00:00 [4]
shoes: Retired nike Air Pegasus

Fab, loved it. Had a bit of high impact circuits in it, too, for a change.
I un-retired my old Nike's & had no problems with my calves...?

Treatment (massage) 30:00 [0]

K grief to my calves.
It bloody hurt!
Left lateral soleus & peroneus longus (I was right!) & right tibialis anterior, hopefully all related to skiing.
I have permission for a gentle run tonight (not sure how - I'm struggling with walking right now), & Body tomorrow as long as I don't go for it.
Whoo - it's the weekend!

Run 22:29 [3]
shoes: Nike bling in your face

I did just what K said, and felt surprisingly OK. Still a bit stiff & sore, but could quite easily have gone on.
Ran with the ipod again - Basement Jaxx, Greenday & The Levellers amongst others!

Circuits 40:00 [4]
shoes: Nike bling in your face

Really tight Lt peroneus for some reason, so adjusted accordingly. Pushed it when I could.

Stretching 30:00 [1]

Decided to do a stretching session with the juniors as something different to bench ball, & I think we found muscles they didn't know existed. Good fun, & a good stretch.
Peroneus still tight! I think I need to see K (? has Nicky left)

Orienteering race 1:19:00 [3] *** 6.5 km (12:09 / km)
spiked:16/16c shoes: vj's

POTOC district event at Swynnerton - bramble infested & tracky (but out of date tracks on the map).
Still feeling it from Thursday/Friday, but kept on going.
Hopefully the results will stand, but unfortunately an extra control snuck onto the map that held up several people who were muttering away...
Didn't push too hard - energy-less, but also holding back a little as I was due to do some coaching this afternoon which has now been cancelled cos Tony is a muppett!

Pilates 1:00:00 [3]

A good stretch
