Run 34:44 [2]
shoes: vj's

M6 closed = Stodge late home = Cath late for training = Cath runs by herself!
Quite enjoyed a gentle toddle watching the Sherbrook deer silhouetted against the huge orangey moon, & then got spooked by a very slow moving car when I crossed the road by Chase Road Corner & had an anxious run back to Jon's. Did not want to pop out at Chase Vista, but didn't exactly know where I was....anyway, I survived another day!

Note

Knackered!
Tried an early night last night, but ended up snuggling in with Hol & not getting to sleep until ~2 hours later than I wanted. Trip to the doctors before school this morning for Vermox all round!

Run hills 36:54 [4]
shoes: vj's

Stodge has a fixtures sub-committee meeting tonight, so no circuits seeing as I'm on babysitting duty, so got my strength session in this afternoon instead.
3 long hills up from Sherbrook to Broc Coppice (start steady & get steeper - nasty), all 3.50, give or take a second or two, then 3 short, sharp hill sprints in the middle of Broc Coppice of 16 - 17 seconds.

Stretching 12:00 [1]

Legs felt much better after that!

Run (Paddle!) 1:03:01 [3]
shoes: vj's

I've never seen the Chase so wet. Didn't really want to go out in the rain, but enjoyed alot of it once I got going! Could wring every piece of clothing out when I got back home...
Running for an hour is getting easier & faster.
My bum is still sore, & I can feel my calves tightening again, too...

More revival music - D-Lite (Groove is in the Heart) & Depeche Mode (Personal Jesus) for 6th form common room lunchtime memories the highlights. Ear thingies stayed in much better under a buff skull cap thingie - fine for now, but may be a bit warm later in the year!

Stretching 10:00 [2]

With Mark & Hols - more entertainment! Nice to know I am now more flexible than Mark.

Pilates 1:00:00 [3]

Lovely!
