Walking 1:10:00 [0]
(sick)

Walk from home with Mark & Hols across the common, up the Satnall Hills, across to Punchbowl, up Oat Hill and down the whizzy path to the bottom of the German Cutting pretending to be deer with birch/bracken antlers. Got back just before the rain.
Cold nearly better.

Walking 40:00 [0]
(sick)

Boxing Day gentle walk with Mum, Sue, Hols & Mark from Cefn Bychan down to Devils Bridge, down to the river & back up. Just right, & Holly walked the lot, loved the bridge, explored the tunnel & wanted to paddle. We even got to wiggle our bottoms at the top of all the climbs!

Note

Stinking cold well on the way.
Stodge went for my Christmas run instead of me.
I did cook an awesome Christmas dinner, though!

Migraine.
Visual aura was at its peak in the loooong queue at Mottersheads, pain was at it's peak when Hols was at her loudest & most attention seeking!

Pilates 1:00:00 [3]

A potential disaster but at least I got some exercise in!
Mark not back from his MTBO, so no run, & potentially no pilates. However, I bit the bullet & took Hols along with me - yes, a 4 year old in a pilates class. She was pretty good, I did do all the exercises, and there were only 7 of us in there. Not something I would contemplate in the first few weeks after Christmas! The bosun got used as a trampoline for 40 minutes & she's an even more wasted bunny now!
