Chasers run. After feeling OK after a bit of a leg stretch on Tuesday I thought I'd go further tonight. Let the majority head off into the Scotch mist so I wasn't tempted to try & catch up, & toddled off by myself.
decided not to get too out of breath & push hard, but work on strength a bit more, so went for my usual hilly run from White House and just worked a bit harder than the ups & recovered on the downs.
Quite pleasant & saw a deer & lots of bikers.

Around the yellow course with Isabelle Cope, trying to teach her that when you are 9, straight is not necessarily great. She can shift, though! wasn't sure whether it was a good idea post-virus - still a bit gooey, but seem to have survived OK!

Really gooey from all orifices (above the neck!!!) today. Apparently there has been something really manky going around the secretaries office, so I can't even blame any of the manky patients!
