Running long (Home-KP) 2:04:00 [3] 22.0 km (5:38 / km) +400m 5:10 / km
ahr:154 slept:8.0 shoes: Green-Asics

Ran with Gyte from home to Usai bega. Picked up Kristina on the way. Ran event with Kristina - was a lot of fun. Got thirsty after 40min or so and hills started to get tougher. But sucked it up and still ran them all. Really nice to be in crowd (except maybe the first loop) eith no stress and racing.

Orienteering (Trakai) 1:13:00 [3] 9.0 km (8:07 / km)
slept:6.0 shoes: Asics Fuji

Club season closing event. Started with 1.5km qual after which we got assigned to pairs for 1h rogaine. Ran with Augusts. Struggled physically through warm-up and qual, tried to take easy. Rogaine felt a bit better - but still was slow going. Got high HR, so i was still tired affer all. Skipped two 90 controls, whoch was kind of possible to get, did some unoptimal- panic planning in the middle. Also lost to Arvidas/Casas team to finish - we went straight through depression while thry went around and beat us in total :/ was surprised that i had to keep initiative in orienteering - not sure if Augusts is slow orienteer or slow runner..

After 1.5km into first one got belly cramps, so it was a struggle to finish. 2nd one felt kind of better, but anyway not too easy even though pace wasnt too hard (2nd was downhill one) hr monitor is not doing good job shoring right hr. Belly felt weird the whole evening.

Running intervals 8:00 [5] 2.4 km (3:20 / km)
max:186 shoes: Asics Trainer- Blie

12x200m with 200m (<2'). 400m after 10. Target time was 40'' - kept it more less steady except last block got Vesta to lead, so pace picked up a bit. Last one in 35''. In general felt well - after 7 started to get tired running last 100, but still quite ok and comfortable. Much harder to run at the back, not front..
