Orienteering race (Cesis) 15:35 [5] 3.4 km (4:35 / km)
ahr:171 max:178 slept:5.0 shoes: Inov-8 X-TALON

World cup sprint 3.4km, 25c. Slept shit, but body in general felt a bit better - no sickish feeling and morning HR nearly back to normal. But my quad was the one which suggested I should skip the race - was limping all the time since yesterday and had massive bruise on the top of it. Anyway gave a try - looked ridiculous on the first laps of the warm up, but once muscule was warming up, succeeded nearly regular stride. Anyway started cautiously as didnt want to injure more with unnecessary movements, so the whole way went on comfortable controlled pace allowing no mistakes in this simple course. Thought missed on one route like 3-5s as didnt see fence end and overran it. Pathetically was +3.35 after Ryabkina -not sure how much faster could do without injury, probably not that much. Just another confirmation why I should avoid sprints :)

Orienteering race (Cesis) 44:32 [5] *** 5.2 km (8:34 / km)
ahr:170 max:181 15c shoes: Bold orange

World cup relay, 4.5km, 15c. LTU 1 - Ausre, Sandra, Me (Gabija wanted to take easier and no pressure). Felt pretty crap in the morning - i was sleeping pretty bad, in the eyes had this 'sand feeling'. Got some comments before the start if Im not sick, during warm up felt feverish and had some weird HR - so I knew that I should be careful during the run. Messed up at the start - got into green and didnt find the path. When I found it - Sweden, France and Mix was already in front. At the control got into parallel situation - thought the re-entrant was 'my' stream, so was looking for the hill. Here i lost France and Sweden completely, just Australian girl was there, lost her on the way to 3rd where I went all the way up to the path and she went kind of straight. On 5th got cought by swiss - completely lost her at 7th - where she and austrian had slightly shorter forking. Still saw her here and there till 12th. On no 13 to the left route choice - which failed to see yesterday, but today it was a bit more around, so not sure if it was so good. Also felt over pretty badly on the path there - got some pain tears and had to be carefull with my quad as it was damn painful. The end was all the way stupid uphill which I couldnt even bother to push - was more concerned about my leg.
Was 13min behind Haataja - not sure what kind of forking or short cut she had as she beat everyone by 1.5min.

Orienteering race (Cesis) 48:19 [5] *** 5.8 km (8:20 / km)
ahr:177 max:185 2c shoes: Bold orange

Middle world cup, 5.2km 20c. Felt ok on the warm up - maybe HR a bit high, but the rest rather ok. Missed 1st control by 15-20s - left path too early and checked other hill. For 3rd had a plan to go on the path on the left, but somehow ended up going rather straight, but through all the possible greenest areas. Route looks straight, but think lost at least 30s-1min for hesitation and shit route choice. On 4th found russian who started in front and got some motivation to push harder. Sadly after several rather good legs my batteries went flat and we hit hills. From there I was losing time constantly more and more. Still messed up no14 - went all the way up as the best route was to go on paths to the left. To no18 didnt find the path and attacked through he green which was rather slow. And the most stupid was to miss finish - followed opposite fence for several meters - at least that and giving up secured me the last finish split!
Technically run was rather ok - under 2min with all hesitations. Physically felt alright in the start, but after 20-25min my body refused to cooperate and that was a long and steep way to the finish..
+9.23 after Gemperle, losing like 2 positions on the finish 'route choice'.

5x200m with 200rec (>2min). Legs felt kind of slow and HR felt kind of high - I couldnt push faster, but in the end felt like I gave it all.. Cut it short as didnt see purpose in torturing when maybe I need rest instead.. Times were around 38, only on the last one went under 38.
Magnetic 'massage' after.
