5x800m with 400m rec. With Gabija. Started together, but after 400m I would drop and she would finish some 5s infront. It was demoralising a bit, but after all of it it was decent session (considering how slow I am) and managed to do everything under 3min and the last split was negative. In general it felt slow and hardish - after 400m felt pretty empty.
