Xtrasa. A week ago was nearly determined to run 10k, but after unsuccessful (training wise) week was even afraid of 5k. It was rather hot - short sleeves weather. tried not to push too much, as body felt unfit - mostly lungs/heart. Still managed to run several hills, but later gave up. Really tired got only on the last several hills. As there were not many strong girls in 5k, took pretty easy in the beginning, but big pack got lost and skipped at least one nasty uphill, so from the middle of race ended up in the middle of slow people crowd. That actually motivated a bit to move faster. Started pick up girls one by one, but still ended up 3rd. A bit pity for organizers as they failed to make clear course marking (or some bastards stole it). Separate 10k and 5k start also increased risk of people getting lost.

As still haven't got enough of old town, headed for an orienteering course in the gothic town. It was pretty nice, crossing rambla without annoying crowd. Body starts remembering how to run.

After two days a loot of walking, got chance for a morning run. The cold seems to over as well. Ran from accommodation to Olympic park, got selfie and back via Montjuc parks. Some proper uphills. Body felt super weird and unfit, heart tried to play a little bit.

Felt well, but was lazy to run, so checked fever - 37.4. Valid, but not very fun excuse...
