Race around Rekyva lake. After yesterdays failed race felt pretty crap and kind of sickish, but decided to go to this event as entry fee was already paid. As was unsure about my body condition, decided to follow my heart rate. Started on the road pretty well and HR reached 180 only after 2km into the race. Body felt surprisingly well, so kept on going. Run in general was pretty fun - 14.5km went quite ok, considering constantly hitting icy marsh water and mud. Started to get pretty tired after 9km (when all carbs were burned). Also struggled a lot in the last marsh part where had jog-walk in the bushes. Last 1.5km on the road was real struggle too.
Lost nearly 2min to super Vesta, so really dont understand my body that is going up and down in one weekend...

Some spring race. Very enjoyable forest - not super difficult, but still some space to make mistakes. Started out well, but after 2-3 controls realized my lungs/heart refuses to race. So dropped the pace, but it didnt get easier, so towards the end was just more and more struggle. Heart rate didnt rise as lungs were blocking any intensity. Legs felt kind of ok. Still manged to miss ~1min.
Just sad body didnt want to cooperate. Was 8min behind Sandra.

2km (7.57) + 5x200m. Everything not super fast. Body felt tired and resisted running. But once we started intervals everything went kind of ok. Nice feeling when lungs are not holding back. Last 500m anyway was a struggle. Same resisting feeling on 200's.

Body felt tired and resisted running, so it was more for losing up the legs.
