With inga and ausre on middle relevant terrain. Pretty ok- terrain very hard with lots of overgrown stones steep on places. They said it was bit greener than woc middle. Rain and +10 didnt make too much fun.

Orienteering (kajani) 36:00 [3] 4.0 km (9:00 / km)

Sprint in kajani. Ram with ausre. Tried differnt roites - i took nasty forest ones, coz had forest shoes and it was wet. On one route found lots unmarked fences so met ausre only in the finish. Knee still ok- was a bit niggly, but pretty ok! Sauna in the evening - right calf damn tight

4x400m + 4x200m with 1'30''-2' rec. With local Buivydiškių FOCUS crew. Which consist of two runners who separately joined me on the first two intervals after 100m and supporting crew. All the members had a lots of alcohol in their blood. The first one with red track suit top overtook on the last 50m as he was really stinking. 2nd was way too fast so final score - 1:1. At least the rest of the people on the track (football and 'potato' players) supported me :D Hilarious.
In general felt ok - got a bit tired. Pain is moving to inner part of the knee - maybe because of the knee splint.
