4x1600 with 400m. Didnt feel too enthusiastic before, but it went rather ok. Managed to keep constant speed, even though with every interval it got harder and harder - first one was pretty easy, but on the last i was loud. Glad i could keep a nice stride till the end. Only thing that annoyed - was hr that was trying to go up. Need supplements.
