On the cross bike (for the first time in ages) up to Vic Park for the coaching. Felt hard.

Cruising round helping all the teams then wrestling controls off trees and trying not too fall over in the slick mud.

On the tandem with M up Rapaki into the arctic wind then along the tops, down to Sumner and home. So glad to be on a big heavy bike in those winds. A bit scary. A lot cold.

From home up Huntsbury and down Rapaki. After 2 nights of not so ideal sleep this might not have been my most genius idea but I might have struggled to run at all by the time work finished. Struggling to keep running up the hill but did it. Quite happy to be able to do that. Maybe I might survive HOW? Still not sure...pretty anxious about the whole thing.

With M up Bowenvale Valley, round the tops a bit and down through Vic Park. A bit wet and slippery up there tonight...but I ran all the way up the hill which was an awesome achievement. Let's just not talk about how slow I am...

From work with M up Huntsbury and down Rapaki. Really struggled today. Body felt shattered. M even pushed me a little. Need to sort out getting a light back on my helmet so I can ride some more exciting tracks perhaps...
