Long Bay reserve out to the river via all the detours and back. Started off feeling okay but that lasted about 10 minutes before the tiredness returned but was stubborn and pushed a bit hard for too long. Had to walk the last bit on the flat back to the car. Pains didn't seem to properly return nut could feel it sort of sitting there waiting to strike. Need to be more kind to myself.

With Mum from the bottom of Murvale Reserve checking out her walking group route. Discovered some tracks I didn't know about which was exciting.

Jogging home from the car via Macleans Reserve and along Eastern Beach. Taking it super easy but it was still exhausting. At least pains from earlier in the day didn't seem to return.

Partway up Farm Track and down Rapaki and Rogers with Clare. Started far too fast (I didn't want to let Clare down) and died about a 3rd of the way up so was desperately struggling to keep up/catch up. But felt a bit better than last night.

On the tandem with M from work up Rapaki (via home to pick up the front light and feed the ravenous Molly Cat) then along the tops out to Godley Head, down to Sumner and whizzy whizz home. Tired and had the stomach pain back again tonight...yay! But feeling a little teeny bit stronger and didn't die so much every time we had to stand up so that is progress.
