(injured) shoes: Shimano WM64

Over to Lyttelton for a delicious second breakfast of cake!
12 PM

Orienteering (Quail Island) 46:49 [3]
(injured) shoes: Salomon S-Lab Speed

Cruising round the orange course to try and stay on less uneven ground. Pretty easy but struggled a bit running past controls and on the couple of legs than involved sidling. Fun times though. Thanks Georgia!

Home from Lyttelton (on the tandem) via the Basdrat helping M achieve his crazy strava goal. Good times!

Run 2:00:00 [3]
(injured) shoes: Salomon S-Lab Speed

Lyttelton loop in the sun. Started off with a horrible stomach ache and super tight upper calves which made climbing slow and snail-like. Just tried to keep running/jogging the whole way which was tough. Cavendish Bluffs was a bit bushy and slow. Nice day to be outside though.

Run 1:14:27 [3]
(injured) shoes: Salomon S-Lab Sense 5 Ultra

From home up Huntsbury and down Farm Track. Was hard getting up but worth it. Feeling okay but ankle didn't enjoy the gravel bits and got bad stomach pains at the top of the hill making a sad, slow descent.

A lot to do and feeling pretty tired. Did manage to do some foam rolling though.

Road Bike 36:58 [3]
(injured) shoes: Shimano WM64

From work up the hill to the kiwi for the rogaine. Tired after a late, stressful night but the sun was out and it was a good night for riding.
6 PM

Rogaine race (Sugar Loaf Rogaine) 1:57:45 [3]
(injured) shoes: Salomon S-Lab Speed

By myself for a change. Legs feeling dead before I started and all round a bit empty. Probably not enough lunch for a start! Thought my route was okay but lacked momentum. Managed to do my whole plan despite a lot of walking and dithering! New shoes were awesome but did manage to tweak my ankle quite hard with 45 minutes to go. Quite sore.

The TT TRIP was cancelled due to road re-surfacing so M and I road up Mt Pleasant, down to Sumner and home. A good night.

Molly helped out. She thought I wasn't trying hard enough.
