MTB 30:00 [3]
shoes: Louis Garneau Monte Rosa MTB

Up Dyers to Vic Park in the rain. Good times. Well, it was actually on the road but I took the mtb as it was so wet and I was running late as usual.
1 PM

Rogaine 2:45:00 [2]
shoes: Inov-8 Flyroc 310

Jogging round the nav clinic rogaine helping out (and watching them all slide around in the mud which was entertaining!) then helping Ian bringing in the controls afterwards. Legs feeling super sluggish and no time to eat so was starving.
4 PM

MTB 15:00 [3]
shoes: Louis Garneau Monte Rosa MTB

Back down the hill and home again. My gloves were still soaked from the morning so had freezing cold hands. Probably what inspired me to ride so fast!

Road Bike 1:30:00 [3]
shoes: Louis Garneau Revo XR

On the tandem with M up Rapaki, along to the Bridle Path and back then down Dyers. Got to test out our toe covers and my new gloves. It was cold. They helped.

Run 1:15:10 [3]
shoes: Mizuno Wave Ascend 8 (purple)

From the valley up Farm Track, round Mt Vernon and Witch Hill then down Rapaki. A bit wet and muddy and the mist was so thick I could barely see a metre in front of me. Headlight definitely didn't help (well, it did help since it was dark but it didn't like the mist). Legs felt tired and sluggish but I felt happy to be out.

Walk warm up/down 58:00 [2]
shoes: Mizuno Wave Ascend 8

To the start of the intervals, down the hill between each one and back out again. Slippery, dark, wet and cold!

Walk intervals 22:12 [4]
shoes: Mizuno Wave Ascend 8

Funtimes walking hill intervals with M. Usual route x3: 7:38, 7:20, 7:14 which was all quite impressive since it was quite muddy and slippery. Was gasping desperately for air by the end of the 3rd one 'cause I'd gone so hard!

Note
(rest day)

Eating vegan chocolate cake and talking about books. That's surely training right? I have been walking to and from work though.

Road Bike (windtrainer) 45:00 [3]
shoes: Louis Garneau Revo XR

Started off trying to finish my bookclub book for tomorrow night (The Bone People - it was good but harrowing) but it's really hard to read and ride (well, at a decent pace anyway, plus it's probably not good to sweat all over a library book) so flagged that idea after 20 minutes. Legs were feeling pretty good and I wish I could have ridden outside but I needed to finish my book and I'm still not feeling 100% (I think I took myself down a few percent on Saturday).

Note

Lots of walking (to and from work then along the river with M after work) but nothing specific. Feet feel okay.
And yep, I have managed to infect the entire office!
