Oh you know, the usual blundering around heightened by the fact I hadn't orienteered in, like, months and was terrified of tripping over in all the rough ground. Good times though.

Clearly had some energy to burn (despite falling asleep on the couch just before this) so headed up into the hills. Feeling pretty good out there today but taking it fairly easy. I love the Port Hills :-)

Nice cruisey run with Emily up the valley and then some tussock frolicking down and up another valley. Met Chris looming out of the darkness coming down Huntsbury and then we all got told off for gossiping by some other runner. Feeling a little under the weather but the legs felt good.

Originally I was supposed to go orienteering training with Eija in the horrible rain but the lawyer got in the way of that. Then I was going to do 45 minutes on the bike but my wrist was so stupidly sore that even 15 minutes was a struggle. Sigh.
