Up the hill to Vic Park to help out at Nora's nav course. Managed to score a lift home afterwards which was nice.

Cruisey little ride with Michael and Stephanie in the hills. Revisited the crash site to show Stephanie which, in hind sight, was not the best of ideas. I felt ill and dizzy just seeing it.

Good times on the tandem with Michael, Emily and Al (well, obviously not everyone was on the tandem!). Up Dyers, along the tops, down the Basdrat, over to Governers then over the hill to home. The bottom bracket was not happy so that needs fixing but it didn't sound nearly as bad as what ever was wrong with Emily's bike!
From home over to Bowenvale, up the valley (up through the tussock once the track turned up to the ridge) then along the tops and down Latters Spur to home. Cold but I felt pretty good today.
And back to feeling tired again so I am being good and taking another day off. Struggled to even ride the tank home this afternoon. I blame a depressingly frustrating physio this morning. Next stage is some appointment with one of their sports doctors which seems kind of pointless and frustrating but we shall see and then plan the next attack from there.
Wednesday night run burger edition. Scrambling up Montgomery Spur for a bit of excitment (and amusement watching Greig trying to get the buggy up!) then down into the valley and grovelling up to some other high point above farm track then down into the next valley and down Dry Creek. Feeling pretty good today.
