Didn't feel like going to the orienteering today and besides, gotta go for a ride on such a beautiful day! Up Rapaki, Mt Vernon, traverse then over to Flying Nun and down that then down Old Dyers then down the road. Riding okay but my legs were still a little tired from yesterday. Stopped at the coffee shop on the way home for hot drinks. Yum.
Then came home and scrubbed the kitchen floor. I am a domestic goddess some days too.

From Gebbies Pass up to the Pack Horse then bashing through the scrub round the side of Mt Bradley and up to the top of Mt Herbert. Then down the valley to Charteris Bay. A fair bit of walking round behind Mt Bradley and my legs are all scratched up from the gorse. The 900 metre descent or whatever it was off Mt Herbert made my thighs feel like jelly especially when we got off the track near the bottom and crashed down a super steep hill. Good rogaine training!

Biking from Viv's place in Charteris Bay back to the car at Gebbie's Pass. I had sort of thought about biking up the Basdrat to home as well but my thighs felt a bit too much like jelly riding up anything after all that running down hill and I wanted to get home and eat pizza!

6 of us this time. It was a bit easier today although I could have pushed a bit harder but I was feeling a bit flat. It is frightening how unfit everyone here is.

Wednesday night run over at Rapaki. Feeling a bit sore from yesterday and cold (although it wasn't too bad once you were running). Winter is on it's way and I'm struggling to remember how I survived last time!

First session of the wellness program but only 3 of us ended up going (I can see this might happen quite a bit). Lots of punching stuff and suffering which was cool although I'm not sure Vanessa was feeling very happy by the end. Good times and more fun than I expected.
