Run 1:00:00 [3]
shoes: Inov-8 Flyroc 310

A nice run with Michael, Tim and Andy from Andrews shelter to Hallelujah flat. Lots of uphill which was cool but also lots of downhill which was not so cool. I really should work on that.

Walk 2:20:00 [3]
shoes: Inov-8 Flyroc 310

Back along the river. It was freezing which was a bit uncomfortable on my feet for a while until they got used to it. But after a while I crashed because we had no food (well, Andy and Tim had scabbed food off us earlier so we had none left). Didn't feel good at all after that so it was a bit of a struggle.

Walk 4:00:00 [3]
shoes: Inov-8 Flyroc 310

Up behind the Craigieburn map with the original intention of revisiting the dreaded hill we got stuck on in TWALK but the wind was super strong so we decided against it. Instead we cut down the hill to the road which was a bit scary because it was so steep. After sliding down and getting bitten or stung or something (it hurt, whatever it was), we crossed the road and went along some nice tracks in the forest over the Lyndon Saddle. It was quite cool because the last time I was out this way it was snowing.

Climbing 2:00:00 [3]
shoes: Red Chili Spirit Lady

At The Roxx with Tim and the Smithsons. Climbing better than last week but by the time I went back to tackle the red 19 my fingers had lost all strength.

Road Bike warm up/down 20:00 [2]
shoes: Louis Garneau Revo XR

To and from Hagley Park. I also rode to and from Michael's work earlier but I can't be bothered counting that.
6 PM

Run race 23:03 [4] 5.0 km (4:37 / km)
shoes: Mizuno Wave Nirvana 6

The Hagley Park 'fun' run. Who's mad idea was this? It wasn't too bad though. Viv said to make sure you didn't race off at the start so I just cruised out and got a little faster as I went along until the last k when I could feel the food I'd eaten earlier determined not to stay put. Legs felt like they could easily have put in a lot more in that last k but my stomach wasn't in it. Breathing was pretty average. It's gone all screwy again in the last couple of days so I need to get back to my exercises again.
8 PM

Run warm up/down 10:00 [2]
shoes: Mizuno Wave Nirvana 6

To and from the supermarket once we got home.
