At the bike park. Out to the end and round then a quick loop round Natures Path to finish up 'cause I was having such a great day. Feeling a million times better than yesterday and riding really well today. Yay!

Thought about going for a run in the evening since I was feeling so good but figured I shouldn't push it. Sleep is probably vastly more important.

Had planned to go for a run in the morning but was feeling pretty dreadful. Still feeling pretty bad by the evening but needed some fresh air before heading out so had a quick dash up to the top of OTH and back. Felt vaguely more alive but only a little. Damn takeaways...they always leave me feeling like I'm hungover and ill the next day.

A bit slow as I was feeling pretty tired after a rough day at work. Overshot a few controls when I wasn't concentrating, almost ran off a metre high cliff thingy thinking it was going to be a staircase, and then didn't read the map properly and thought there was a gate I could get through but there wasn't so after fluffing round way too long, had to take the long way round. Argh!

Out to the Waitakeres in the rain...why not?! From Scenic Drive along Cutty Grass Track, Ridge Road, Robinson Ridge, Cascades, Fenceline and then back onto Ridge Road and Cutty Grass to get home. I was cursing the last part of Ridge Road track and walked the last 5 minutes of that track on the way home up to the junction while having a little temper tantrum that the track wasn't going to end! But was actually feeling pretty good and quite enjoyed the rain!
