Up to the start, from the finish back UP to the start to download and then some random tracks on the way back with a couple of other girls. More physical than the actual course!

Marquita's Garden & Beyond. I just did course 3 so navigation was super easy (except I did manage to turn down a wrong track once but quickly fixed that) and most of the course was fairly easy physically too although I took it super slow. Great fun.

With Debs and Chris. Tough climbs as usual. Conquered the ridiculous black...I rule! Getting so much better at the whole 'weight over your leg to balance and push up' thingy. Works real well if you can get that delicate balancing position just correct. Can't wait for Tuesday...although my right arm/wrist is screaming at me.

You know 'cause after a long, hard race and virtually no sleep it's a great idea to go thrash yourself again! Survived quite a lot better than expected and my legs actually feel a whole heap better too. Just need to catch up on some of that missing sleep now...

Epic. With Libby who did most of the navigation as she was faster than me. I'm guessing this is a bit how it feels for Jan and Cameron when they run with me but it was good to have a real physical challenge. Awesome fun too and the weather didn't end up getting too bad (just one torrential downpour but mostly fine). I need a better headlamp.

Felt SO hard this morning! Thought my arms were going to give way.

First time going all the way through the new program. It's intense. Couldn't quite make all the weights for the 3rd sets of some of them (doing 12, 10, 8 reps increasing weights for each set). Think I might be going to be rather sore later today!

Just Chris and I tonight so was pretty tough as you don't really get a break. Did some pretty tough climbs. That black one on the big wall is pretty epic. Wish I was just a little bit taller though 'cause it would make a couple of those climbs a tad more do-able. Right wrist/arm screaming at me a lot.

Recovery run round the outer dirt track of OTH. Nice morning. Loving how it was almost daylight by 6am. Felt bloody tired and sore this morning though. Need sleep.
