Run 35:00 [2]
shoes: Mizuno Wave Nirvana 4

Over to Macleans with Brent where we wandered around looking at how the school's changed (stopped the watch obviously) then back up through Howick and down to Mellons Bay. Felt really sick most of the way. Been eating too much crap in the last few days and potentially something my body can't handle since my throat has got all clogged up and I can't swallow properly :(

Walk 45:00 [1]
shoes: Mizuno Wave Nirvana 3

With Brent somewhere in the Howick-ish area from his parent's house. Popped in to say hello to Chris but he'd just left for the beach. The sun was out...was good.

Rowing Machine warm up/down 8:49 [4] 2.0 km (4:25 / km)

Really didn't feel like it...lack of sleep sucks. Only the view kept me going.

Gym (weights and core) 1:10:00 [3]

Despite being 3 degrees outside it was still really hot in the gym...I hate to think what it's like in the summer.

Run 1:08:00 [3]
shoes: Inov-8 Roclite 285

Up Queenstown Hill. Bloody freezing at the summit but awesome views. Lucky I had my jacket and gloves in my bag though (plus the camera which I wished I'd had on Saturday). Ran to each sign then took a few moments to breathe then continued to the next one - made it possible to run all the way to the top without completely dying although the group of tourists walking up that I passed thought I was totally mad...and yes, they'd probably be right...
