Walk 50:00 [2]
shoes: Asics Gel 2120

I wanted to go for a run this afternoon once it cooled down but it was a tough day moving furniture and then we fell asleep and when I woke up I felt like crap so walking it was. Felt like running once I'd been out for a bit but resisted 'cause I was wearing my deadly shoes and I had been feeling panicky today which isn't good for the breathing.

MTB 50:00 [2]

To and from the gym. I survived but cars are scary. Having the breathing issue coming up the hill which is driving me round the bend. I gotta chase up the doctor.

Gym (weights and core) 55:00 [3]

Feeling weak from Thursday's session still! Oh well, the spa afterwards was awesome!

Peloton (Spin) class 45:00 [5]
shoes: Louis Garneau Monte Rosa MTB

Spin class is great for an angry kind of mood! Went hard, felt like I was going to drop off the bike during the sprints. Didn't feel much better afterwards though but my piano arrived this morning so that has brightened the day!

Rowing Machine warm up/down 5:00 [4]

Stupid setting on the rower I didn't notice that didn't tell me how far I'd gone. Oh well, was going at an average pace of 2:14/500m but had some difficulty breathing. Gotta have that test done.

Gym (Weights and Stretches) 1:00:00 [3]

Run intervals (Treadmill) 15:00 [4]
shoes: Mizuno Wave Nirvana 3

I was feeling kinda grumpy by the end of my gym stuff so had energy to burn. Did some sprint intervals on the treadmill. Felt good but a little clumsy.

Orienteering race (SS Western Springs) 1:10:01 [2] 5.0 km (14:00 / km)
shoes: Mizuno Wave Nirvana 4

Round course 2 with Jono. We just so weren't in the mood (read: couldn't be bothered). Just cruised, got grumpy when we couldn't find controls (after bad route choices mind you), and felt tired. My thighs felt wobbly on the hills so I'm guessing their still buggered from Hatepe Hill. Perhaps a quiet day is in order tomorrow to revitalise some more.

Imogene had to pull out of our adventure racing team so if anyone knows of a female who's keen to do the Autumn Challenge then let Sandra or I know!!

Run 40:00 [2] 7.2 km (5:33 / km)
shoes: Mizuno Wave Nirvana 4

From Howick Primary round Macleans Park and back up through Murvale Reserve. Coped with the hills fairly well all things considering. Nice and cruisy round my old neighbourhood. I like that it's quiet enough to run on the roads rather than the footpath.
