MTB 1:30:00 [2] 14.0 km (6:26 / km)

Cruising the new motorway that bi-passes Orewa with Jono, Howie and Cass. Good Fun! Not often you get the chance to bike on the motorway (although it's not all sealed yet) and obviously A LOT of other people realised this as well. There was even a tunnel...although it was not as long as I was expecting.

Rowing Machine 4:30 [4] 1.05 km (4:17 / km)

Gym (Weights and Core) 1:00:00 [3]

It's been a long time so was surprisingly not as crap as I expected.

Peloton (Spin) class 45:00 [5]
shoes: Louis Garneau Monte Rosa MTB

Lincoln didn't turn up so one of the other guys in the class took us...pretty intense! My legs were totally dead afterwards!

Note
(rest day)

Was going to run home but my leg needs a rest and I'm feeling tired so made the trek to the bus stop instead.

Tuesday Dec 2, 2008 #

Orienteering race (SS - One Tree Hill) 1:09:36 [3] 6.6 km (10:33 / km)
shoes: Asics Gel Trabuco IX WR

Following Jono round course 1. Felt pretty dead, and then I managed to slip and twist my finger. Hurt bad for a few hours but seems okay now. The back of my knee isn't feeling that great now though. I think I need a rest.

Monday Dec 1, 2008 #

Peloton (Spin) class 50:00 [5]
shoes: Louis Garneau Monte Rosa MTB

It was SO hot in there this morning. Biked myself in to the ground I think 'cause I was completely dead by the end. Felt good though...okay, mostly good.

Gym (Core) 10:00 [2]
