It was supposed to be the same run as Tuesday morning but I got down near the bottom of the domain only to discover a gate saying no entry on my usual track back up...and the next track a little further down said that too so I had to go all the way down to the bottom and come up the proper sealed track from next to the tennis courts. Not as pretty but, well, even more of a hill so that could be counted as a bonus!

Giving the legs a bit of a break with less impact plus it was late.

Testing out what the wrist can do...arms are weak as anything and bicep curls are very difficult since I can't twist the wrist round far enough. Better than I thought all round though.

Early morning run with Jono round the roads in the Domain. Felt awful, tired and slow but turns out we did the run in pretty good time.

To the gym...all good. The bag felt real light today probably after walking around lots of today with my work backpack.

Couldn't get my heart rate up as much as usual 'cause my thighs felt real stiff and tired so they couldn't go as hard as usual. Good class though.

Hello Ayr Street...long time no see!
An early morning run along to Parnell so I could tackle running up Ayr Street again then back through the bush tracks in the Domain. It felt really nice to be out by myself for once.
