Outside...yay! Round the Domain a couple of different ways with Jono in the midday sun...real sun that warmed you up (until you went under the shade of the trees). Very nice.

Note

Spent the day walking round the perimeter roads of the Woodhill bike park while Jono was mountain biking. Feeling more than a tad jealous!

Using the Random setting which gives a varying incline level throughout. Ran pretty well especially in the second half.

Round the Domain in the early morning with Jono (but sticking to the outer roads since falling on tree roots is not an option). Tired legs but hey, I did use them last night so not really surprised.

The crosstrainer felt like hard work tonight (hmmm, probably because I upped the level I set it on).

Doing the random thingy on the treadmill. I like hills better than flat otherwise I get bored and tired. Random makes the 20 odd minutes go faster!
