Walk 40:00 [1]
shoes: Asics Gel Trabuco IX WR

Walking in the mud round part of the Ecology trail until it started raining...then pouring and we had to run back!

Run (Treadmill) 22:00 [3]
shoes: Mizuno Wave Nirvana 3

Was pretty happy I made 20 minutes without dying! The overall goal is to be kinder to myself.

Run 15:00 [2]
shoes: Mizuno Wave Nirvana 3

Running to the supermarket. The brace does wonders as just walking without it makes me feel nauseous.

Walk 55:00 [2]
shoes: Mizuno Wave Nirvana 3

Taking a detour back from the supermarket with my backpack filled with cereal boxes! Pretty brisk as I was running behind schedule.

Note

Saw the Imperial Ice Stars perform Cinderella tonight. Not sure whether it was comforting or worrying that it made me feel eager to get back on my skates (don't worry, I wouldn't dream of that for at least a few more weeks)!

Run (Treadmill) 12:00 [3]
(injured) shoes: Mizuno Wave Nirvana 3

At the gym with my damn wrist brace. But yay for being able to do stuff again!

(injured)

Hmmm, not feeling too bad. A real bike is better but since I can't hold on at all with my right hand that would be rather dangerous.

Run (Treadmill) 12:00 [3]
(injured) shoes: Mizuno Wave Nirvana 3

The wrist was feeling pretty uncomfortable by the end of the second go on the treadmill but physically I wasn't nearly as bad as I'd expected. All that walking with my cast must have paid off. All in all it was a very good start.

(injured)

Yay, I got my cast off today (although it's so sore I wish I had the cast back)! Can't do too much for the next 6 weeks in case I fall again and I'm supposed to wear a wrist brace/guard in case I do if I'm running (not sure the doctor was too thrilled about me doing anything really but he'll get over it).
