To and from the gym again. Getting a distinctly sore arse. I am not cut out for bikes.

They did a shody job of the ice which really sucked. After a fairly shaky start where I almost went crashing over in my first step (I blame the ice!) things improved. Backwards edges are getting much steadier.

Rode to and from gym as well as looping through the Domain. Apart from my lame pushing of the bike up Ayr Street I think I am improving (well, that wouldn't exactly be hard considering how crap I am!).

My physio suggested I try a spin class and I finally got around to going this morning. It was so awesome! I'll definately do that again.

I just wandered round the memory course. Never done one before so it was really fun. But since I was going so slow I had plenty of time to think about where I was going so didn't have any problems. It was such a lovely evening.

Stress!! First Merv realised he'd forgotten to pick up all the controls so we were missing half the Cs, then the caravan was late with the tape to relabel controls, then people had started before I'd managed to put out the missing controls. Yeah, pushed my leg too much trying to get everything out fast enough. So good to sit down afterwards. I'm just so glad people liked the courses after all that!
