I had quite possibly the worst run ever! Spent 20 minutes fluffing round on one control until finally I clicked that I just hadn't quite gone far enough so was looking in completely the wrong place! I was just relieved to get back in one piece!

I started off running but was feeling awful and my knees hurt so I stopped and walked instead. Had a good explore round Mt Hobson.

I had part of the morning off work so I got to run in daylight! It was such a lovely morning. Ran up and round the Domain and then the longer, hilly route back. My shoulder was hurting after an hour again. It hasn't done that in a while.

Using my toe pick...now that was exciting! Jono was determined to get me over my two-foot turn fear (the move that I broke my arm doing) so we thrashed that for a bit after class. I'm pretty sure it's just confidence which makes me go all wonky.

I had another fitness assessment this morning which I'd stupidly made for 6am otherwise I would have flagged getting up at all this morning considering an ever increasing lack of sleep. My flexibility had improved which was real encouraging.
