Hiking 28:36 [1] 1.56 mi (18:20 / mi)

With S on her bike, to the library and back. Library still closed, but you can pick up books on hold and "book packs" they have on display in the window. We scored a great "book pack" this time - full of picture books with fun facts about animals. Covered animals: sharks, blue jays, bunnies, sea turtles and sloths! Sharks and bunnies seem to be the winners...

Strength 25:00 [1]

Postpartum yoga. Week 4 program. Feels good, but I should do more of this to help the core!

First walk with M in the ergo carrier (using the infant insert - he's still a small guy, def needs it!). Feels fine, not causing pressure I can't cope with either in ab wall or pelvic floor.

Oof - overnight the ice storm just kept it up and we had branches from both of our big Doug Firs falling throughout the night. We moved S into our room for the night as hers was closer to one of the big trees and didn't want any added risk of a branch making it through the roof to her bedroom.

Skied just a bit around the striken neighborhood. Branches and sometimes trees down everywhere. Power/phone/internet lines down in many places. Generators running here and there, but most people just don't have power. Somehow, we kept power despite people to the W, N, S all being without.
