To day care and back with some intervals:
2 min, 3 min with S in stroller
2, 3, 2 without S in stroller

Running 11:04 [2] 1.37 mi (8:05 / mi) +47m 7:18 / mi

And a final round with 3 min, 2 min intervals to finish up. Made it in just as watch was about to die.

Pushing S in the jogging stroller while rollerskiing... and then it hailed on us twice within 20 min... at least she fell asleep, so then I left her and stroller in garage, told T to keep an ear out and got a much better rxc in!

Oof. Not great orienteering on my part. One major mistake I'll take full credit for, the other - that bench is way closer the trail than indicated on the map.
