Got across 45th before realizing we left S's new fave waterbottle on the kitchen table, so just a little bit longer to-daycare loop this morning.

One set of squats, then core.

Ditched the stroller and went for a little extra.

An actual decent training run. In cold rain nonetheless. Did 1 min speeds every 5 min, just to get legs moving a bit faster then they have been for a few months.
