Running 7:59 [1] 0.69 mi (11:34 / mi) +38m 9:53 / mi

Orienteering 25:26 [2] 1.62 mi (15:42 / mi) +119m 12:47 / mi

Fun little window-training exercise at Mt. Tabor by Tony. Great to work on bearings. I don't pace count sprints much, so was a little strange to do on a small-scale map.

Running 13:36 [1] 1.17 mi (11:37 / mi) +60m 10:01 / mi

Morning stroller jog with Sylvia. Playground stop around 2mi in, then she wanted to run alongside me after, but wiped out pretty hard, which led to some unhappy times on the rest of the way home...

Canyon loop - breathing in through nose, out through mouth to make the air as friendly for injured lungs as possible.

Note
(sick) (rest day)

So fever was the warning for a bronchitis-like illness. No sore throat or stuffy nose at all, but a low hacking cough and soreness low down in my throat/top of lungs. So resting. Figure if it came with a fever than it's more serious than a normal cold.

Running 25:12 [1] 3.04 mi (8:17 / mi) +4m 8:15 / mi

At a thing in SF airport area, so went running along the Bay. Was nice enough and kinda fun to see the airplanes coming in over the water.

Running 8:40 [2] 1.0 mi (8:40 / mi)

And finished on treadmill as it was getting dark.

And then promptly got a fever for the rest of the evening and next day. Had been having a mild headache all day, so that then made sense... been awhile that I've had a fever for an otherwise mild illness (i.e. not puking), maybe since the infamous Lyme + mono combo. Tylenol fully controlled fever though, so could still get the work I needed to done in SF.
