And gave the Ergo a whirl! Can see why everyone is a fan - definitely nicer than the K'Tan for this, weight just way better distributed.

This was a really nice loop of about as much trails as possible from our house.

A stroll! With Sylvia's carseat attached to the BOB jogging stroller. Definitely different than carrier - lots of holding back on downhills and pushing on ups.

Loop over to the Milwaukie side of Johnson Creek, not actually the nicest loop because of the factories along Johnson Creek and some busier roads.

Holy moly, it was a pterodactyl night - meaning Sylvia didn't stop making little baby grunts and such all night, or at least it seemed. Anyways, up at early o'clock to sneak in the gym visit.

16 min on the super-ellitpical for the first time, felt good, did two Utah Canyons hikes
12 min on stairmill, playing between 68, 75 and 82 stairs per minute
12 min on exercise bike, second and third stages of rides in Cote d'Azur

Busy morning! 7am workout, 8am thesis student meeting, 9am drive Tom to Max (flat tire), 10am Mom + Baby yoga.

Mom + Bab yoga

Oh my gosh, so much cuteness! Sylvia was the youngest baby at 4 weeks, there were a bunch at about 7 weeks and then all the way to 9 months. Some very chill yoga designed for momma recovery and a space where it is totally ok to breastfeed/change/entertain baby.

Sylvia was remarkably well-behaved, fed her and changed her there right before class, then she slept nearly the whole time,

Baby hike with errands! Errol Heights park first, then up 42nd to Woodstock for the UPS store and Piccolina, the 2nd hand baby stuff store. Totally spoiled that it is within walking distance. Got some more cloth diaper inserts and the infant insert for the Ergo carrier, so we can give that one a try too!

Sylvia has started on the real smiles and playing a bit, which is pretty darn fun!

Crosstrainer intervals 30:00 intensity: (17:00 @1) + (13:00 @3)

Treadmill intervals round 2!

2-4-1-4-2 minutes, with 2 min between except for 1 min after the 1 minute one. Tried to keep pace under 7, 6:30, 5:30 for the 4, 2, 1 min intervals. Intervals at L15, rest at L12.

Calves tired by the end! Meant I chose to bike for last 10 minutes instead of stair mill.

Aha! The exercise bike has different videos than the ellipticals! They are of bike rides instead of hikes, sensibly. So rode around a village somewhere in Provence.
