Baby hike with errands! Errol Heights park first, then up 42nd to Woodstock for the UPS store and Piccolina, the 2nd hand baby stuff store. Totally spoiled that it is within walking distance. Got some more cloth diaper inserts and the infant insert for the Ergo carrier, so we can give that one a try too!

Sylvia has started on the real smiles and playing a bit, which is pretty darn fun!

Crosstrainer intervals 30:00 intensity: (17:00 @1) + (13:00 @3)

Treadmill intervals round 2!

2-4-1-4-2 minutes, with 2 min between except for 1 min after the 1 minute one. Tried to keep pace under 7, 6:30, 5:30 for the 4, 2, 1 min intervals. Intervals at L15, rest at L12.

Calves tired by the end! Meant I chose to bike for last 10 minutes instead of stair mill.

Aha! The exercise bike has different videos than the ellipticals! They are of bike rides instead of hikes, sensibly. So rode around a village somewhere in Provence.

Shorter baby hike today, again with Sylvia in K'Tan carrier. Think I had it setup a little better than yesterday. Happened across a yard sale just 200m from our house, scored some winter baby girl clothes that will hopefully be the right size, a tummy time mat and pillow and some little rattles + toys.

Zigzag between 45th and 39th, but with Sylvia along in a K'Tan carrier, so back ~9lbs heavier again... Back kinda sore by the end. Nice day.

A handful of folks have their Halloween decoration game on for sure!!

Elliptical intervals! 1-2-3-2-1 minute. The 'off' was at L12 the 'on' at L14 and trying to keep the pace at <7 min/mile. Felt good, nice to breathe harder for the first time in a real long while...

First Wednesday Mt. Tabor stroll with yoga instructor Shana and crew. Crew being a few women from prenatal yoga class and a few moms with 3-6 month olds. Sylvia was the youngest baby in attendance. I carried her in a wrap-style carrier, so a bit more work to do the stroll, but otherwise it was a very moderate pace. Unfortunately forgot to start the Garmin!
