Reach the Beach century. Fun times. We were a pack of 6: me, Suzy, Albyn, Sarah, Ryan and Derek, because Todd and Bryan raced off the front after about 1 mile. We stopped at nearly every rest stop, which were probably on average 15 miles apart.

Totally a moderate pace, I was barely working for most of it. But for a bit in the middle when Suzy and I took off for a bit and then especially when we latched on to a faster train into a headwind was a bit harder.

Cool event, neat to get somewhere far away by bike.

Wow, legs finally recovering from Saturday's trail race... a little joggeroo, including ordering a sandwich at the deli, running another little loop as they made it, then picking it up and running home.
