Hm, still having physics nightmares. Today I couldn't get back to sleep after waking up at 3:30am.... I'm assuming like last term this will peter out in not too long. To try to make sure, my physics books and notes stayed at work when I left at 9:30pm tonight. That's that.

But, going into work at wicked-early-o'clock means you guiltlessly get to run at lunchtime!

Felt good! Legs were strong all the way through the set, got to stay focused on long stride, quick tempo to try to just keep the speed up throughout each interval. Fun!

And term starts! But I start teaching tomorrow, so still not quite in super-panic. Just kinda-panic, which means at least a high enough anxiety level that I had physics nightmares....

This term I'm teaching upper-level Thermal Physics. While bits have been relevant for my astro work here and there, as a course it's much more comprehensive, and again, I'm learning a *ton*...

This was a little morning run, but cramps hit midway through, so didn't keep up the idea of doing half mille intervals during it, just kinda survived and got home.
