Running 29:00 [1]

Over to Port Meadow, recoveries between intervals, then over to home and back home after rescuing laundry from the drying machine.

Running intervals 16:00 [5]

Intervals:
1-2-3-4-4-3-2-1 minutes with half time recovery

Did most around the nature reserve and felt good, but felt hard to push real hard too, think I should have a buddy for these...

Major bummer was I crunched my ankle yet again right before starting the first 3 minute one. Was quite sore for a bit. What is wrong with this ankle!!!?!!? Annoyed that its been injured for about a year now. Happy its not a prob normal running or anything, but still, I want to be able to flex my toes fully towards my knee- happens while running through terrain!!

Swimming 45:00 [2]

2.2k total, another workout I found online, so I don't get bored!

300 warm up
6 x 50 on 60
6 x 100 on 2:05, hypoxic- breathing only 1/5 strokes, using pull buoy
150 kick
6 x 25 on :40
2 x 150
6 x 25 on :40
150 kick
100 pull buoy

Felt a bit klutzy on the warm up and first fifties, but got back into it by the end. Foot cramped on first 150 but stretched it out and could keep going.

Running 21:00 [2]

Quick little run around Uni Parks- focused on running only with periphereal vision, so looked up at the tops of trees. Good ankle workout cause they don't know what's coming, more like in the woods, trying to read a map. I'm sure I looked funny though...

Running 35:00 [1]

Little work-escape run- 1.3 times around Uni Parks, out LMH exit, then to home, pick up old veg boxes, then over to the veg box pick-up, grab a full one, run home (arm workout!), shove into fridge and run back to work.

Running 3:00 [5]

6 x 30 sec really hard

Felt ok. Different doing these on the flats and not uphill though!

Note
(rest day)

Whew. Back in Oxford. And exhausted. Taking a 10pm departure flight from Granada means arriving in Oxford at 6am with very little sleep.

Day off definitely required! Brain not so sharp today...

Running tempo 22:00 [4]

Hard run from the optical telescope, to the laguna, up the path to the left and back down... ran hard as I didn't have much time!

Running 8:00 [1]

Warm up (to wake up too- only woke up 5 min before heading out!), and warm down, to round it out to 30 min.

Running 41:00 [2]

Didn't wake up in time to go to the summit again, so ran along the same path as yesterday, doing 30 sec sprints and taking pictures! Unfortunately cloudy, so not the best light for photos.

Running hills 3:30 [5]

7 x 30 sec sprints, on various difficulty paths
