Note

Have been indoors since mid-morning Thursday. Air quality has been almost always over 200 AQI since the, so 'Very Unhealthy' or worse. It looks like the closest fire (24 mi away) is now making much slower progress towards us/civilization in general, although is still 0% contained.

---

Air Quality Plan for class on Tuesday:
Occurs in person only if air quality is < 100 AQI at the nearest station by 9am (class starts at 10:30am). Don't want to commute in by bike or have my students commute in by foot/bike/car if we're still in 'Unhealthy' or above. Especially because HVAC settings are in COVID-mode = introducing as much outside air as possible.

Aerobics 33:59 [1] 0.36 mi (1:34:27 / mi)

Zumba at home! Sylvia tried to join, which meant a lot of it was trying to not trip over her or trip her. Really nice to do some activity!! This will probably be the mode of things for the next few days at least... Thinking I might be willing to run with a respirator mask if it's at least Moderate out. My recent bouts of asthma and pregnancy have me a little more wary than perhaps even normal.

Current AQI: 333 = Hazardous
