Baby specific strength workout. Bundled the heck up (high temp was 36 today, I'm going to have to get tougher) and headed out. Super-easy, just 4x triceps and single-stick, and twice full double-pole. Just don't want the arms to totally lose their strength as I have a week and a half of traveling ahead, probably with little chance to rollerski (but maybe in OCINland?)
