So forgot the spikes today, because it was early in the morning. Last real session before varsity-
2 x 800 w/ hurdles (91, 93) (86, 90)
1 x 400 w/ hurdles (81)
2 x 150 (untimed)
Was a bit disappointed the first 800 was slow. But the second was 8 seconds faster, without feeling too hard. I'm much more comfy going over hurdles now, but defnitely have a preferred side- much easier to go over with my left leg leading than my right. Will do a final set of drills tomorrow to work on this, then just resting up for the big day...
