Knee still hurting,
not as much as the last couple of days, got full flexability again, but hurts if i kneal down for a while

Was in pain on my bike, knee seased up and taking ages to get wound up, still hurts when bending from yesterday

think it was about 7km that i did, working out distance on compass after the event.

My goal at the start was to get all the controls and finish under the time limit. I was going to get them all anyway, only taking these wednesday scores as training.

Started out well, getting a good few controls in the first 20mins, untill i headed for no:30 jumping over a wet ditch, landed on the other side and injured my left knee, continued till i got them all and finished.

Had a long stretch before the start, only a small 1 after finishing due to knee injury

My first Fell Run, was a bit nervous at the start, but got underway,
went in the same direction as JayBee at the start, forgot to take my watch to get split times between controls.
the 1st one seemed to go on for ages, and was all uphill,
set myself a target of not stopping which only happened twice, at the start in a narrow section and on the climb out of no:2 where some guy started walking in front of me,
felt cream cracked by the end, but after about a minuet i felt really good

had a little stretch before the start, legs felt really tight,
then went on a little jog once finished
