felt fantastic on alot of the legs...just made big erros...calculated should have got under 14minutes if i didnt lose time..was just in the circle kind of stuff..stupid mistakes...not really reading my descriptions properly
wanted to do 10x400s but the dickheads at the track kicked us off because we wernt members or some bullshit. so i wasnt really in the mood for intervals..did this loop we do which was about 800m and had abit of climb but only did 5
