P2P with Lia. We had a pretty clean race. Legs/knees super sore so I was holding on to dear life to keep up. Beauty day in the woods.

With Adria and her standard loop through Ancaster, down Sulphur and then rail trail home.

Running 42:00 intensity: (19:00 @1) + (23:00 @5)

2nd session and not a good thing to do in hindsight. Felt good running and Isak I did 6 repeats of 2x1 min and then p-lot to rez stairs.
