Orienteering 45:00 [4]

Day one in great terrain. Lots of bushes so it was a high knees. I was definitely bothered by the foot and thought more on that than the navigation. Made a few seconds on the first one and then a big one on number two. I was a bit unlucky because I was only meters away from it but didn't see it until I came back minutes later. After that, it was a lot of hit and miss and the placing of 38 is a a disappointment. It will be hard to make it top 15 now.

Final prep for Lia (and Isak and I) at Illharjen. Foot is in really bad shape which sucks. Tape and pills it is.

Orienteering 53:00 [2]

Regular O course with #EuroFlop at Illharjen. First time on this map and it had some really open, awesome terrain but also some summer thick semi-open areas. Good session for #EF, but I twisted my right foot again and it is pretty sore. Ibuprofen and lots of tape will be needed for next week...;-(

Race Wednesday and the best one so far, hung on all the way to Lemonville. Good way to end first part of the bike season, will be more running and o-ing now for a month.

Rail trail with Tarno and Hammer. A bit of a push at the end trying to catch the guy in the jellow yersey.
