Technical MTB at Georgian Nordic with Isak and Hammer. Some neat trails out there and Eagle is the fave.

Gula Stigen x 5 and 2 of them were fast. First one at 445 including one minor fall. The second one was faster and that was probably thanks to Isak since he started 10s ahead of me. I thought I was gaining on him but that was just an illusion. I ran 10s faster than first attempt but 10s behind Isak. I take it.
Snake/Waterdown/King/North Shore. Legs a bit tired from yesterday but held it together all the way to North Shore. It was a great ride until the guy in front of me ran into a pylon and crashed hard, breaking his collar bone. That took away all the fun of the entire ride
Thursday classic with Shaver extension due to construction on Wilson. Worked hard up Wilson and found myself in a group with riders I rarely ride with. It was tempo formation from Shaver all the way to Upper Paradise and Stone Church when we actually caught the lead group. That was good enough for me so when the hammer went down up Stone Church to Golf Links, I had no problems riding on my own home. Best ride so far.
Wastrel ride and a slightly different route - Wilson and then Lower Lions/Old Mill back to Wilson and then Jville/Shave/Book/Soutchote back to Wilson again. A few sections of faster pace but group always, eventually, congregated.
Legs have been tired the last few days so there has been a lack of quality as of lately and that had to(?) be changed today - 6 x 800m on the rail trail, all around or just below 3min. Body a bit unused to run at this pace but it felt good pushing it a bit.
