Same session as a few weeks ago - 7 x 1k starting from wood bridge to 403 bridge and then scenic dr to top of dundurnsl stairs. It feels pretty good but I can't go any faster now on these 1k intervals so I'll switch to some shorter ones for a few weeks.
TNT Princess Point loops x 5 plus one five minute interval from there up to the fields via Ginger Valley Trail. Felt pretty good but could have probably pushed a bit harder.
