Rail trail part Jville with Tarno and Hammer. I think this is the longest MTB ride distance wise - 50K.

Running 1:03:00 intensity: (21:00 @1) + (42:00 @5)

7 x 1000m starting from the wood bridge to 403 bridge and then back but not rail trail but took Scenic Drive to avoid the downhill. Fought hard but ran not much faster than what I did 10 consecutive k's a week ago.

Tough ARK session and this is how DD explained it (and I need to do more of this strength stuff. I do nothing and then nothing followed by nothing and then back to back days.)
"At ARX we did: 4 intervals of a forest loop, then a burpee challenge with ever increasing numbers of burpees in a minute (starting at 2 and adding 2 each time, ran out of time on 16), then some 4 sets of tabatas with 20 seconds running, 10 second rest, 20 seconds lunges, 10 second rest, and then this was capped off with 4 each partner doing 4 loops of a loop while the other planks."
